This dual occupancy home was a hidden gem once the layers of 80's finishing's were peeled back and updated. The house was solidly built with double brick walls and concrete ceilings which made large structural updates prohibitive. With some clever spatial planning and small structural updates the existing main bathroom could be opened up and streamlined. With renovation of the bathrooms, kitchens, flooring and furnishings a new life has been breathed into the home. The clients love of warm feminine tones was the inspiration for colours and finishes throughout the home to provide a beautiful welcoming holiday home for the owners.
