This fabulous apartment with Harbour Bridge views required a renovation to modernise and add functionality to the small floor plan.​​​​​​​​ The floorplan was updated with the addition of a separate laundry in an unusable area at the end of the hallway, thereby adding much needed space back into the bathroom. A banquette seating area provided definition to the dining space and also capitalised on the fabulous Harbour Bridge view.
